Individual Therapy
It doesn't have to be about something big, but it can be. This is a catch all term for therapy between one client and one therapist. It could include EMDR, trauma informed care, working on anxeity or depression, or just a simple tune up. If you want something better, this may be what you call it.

Psychiatric Medication
This is another very broad term. Our skilled prescribers can work with you to meet many different medication needs. Usually we do this in conjunction with therapy, it just tends to work better that way.

Men's Counseling
Therapy for men can be different. What that means depends on the person, it’s not about stereotypes or what it means to be a man, but you might get into that. It’s about the fact that people are different, with different concerns and needs. That includes men. It means being aware of those differences and not making assumptions. It means sometimes you might want therapy to be more direct, or come from a different angle that you think of as “therapy.” We can do that.
